3. Retention periods
- Account data: for as long as the account is active and, afterwards, for the limitation periods of any liability arising from the relationship.
- Billing data: for the periods required by tax and accounting law (generally 6 years).
- Contact enquiries: for the time needed to handle the request and, at most, 1 year afterwards.
- Analytics data: for the period configured in Google Analytics (up to 14 months).
4. Recipients and processors
We do not sell your data. We share it only with providers that process it on our behalf under a data processing agreement:
- Stripe — payment processing and subscription management.
- Google — reCAPTCHA (form security) and, subject to consent, Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager.
- The hosting provider (to be completed) — hosting of the Website and database.
- Email delivery provider — sending of transactional emails.
International transfers
Some providers (such as Stripe and Google) may process data outside the European Economic Area. In those cases the transfer relies on the European Commission's adequacy decisions or on the Standard Contractual Clauses, together with additional safeguards where necessary.
5. Your rights
You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and data portability, as well as withdraw any consent given, by writing to [email protected], indicating the right you wish to exercise. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).

We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit (HTTPS), hashed password storage and restricted access to information.
